Good Thinking provides digital mental wellbeing support for London. The service promotes self-care for common mental health conditions, including anxiety, low mood, sleeping difficulties and stress.

Travel and Transport

TfL Bus Updates as schools return after the summer.

TfL Active Travel Toolkit – released on 26th August 2020

TfL has published its Streetspace for London plan to help people to travel while maintaining safety and sustainability. Its message is that public transport should be avoided wherever possible. TFL is also advising travellers to use face coverings to stop the transmission of Covid-19. Read TFL’s press release here.

Cross River Partnership’s Walking Tube Report from July 2018 is still available to support Boroughs and BIDs in increasing active travel through safer walkways and better cycling routes.

As per government guidance, events listed in the Thames Path calendar between now and October have been cancelled or postponed to later in the year. From 11th July, government advice is that you can participate in team and other grassroots sports, where the sports governing body has issued guidance on how to do so safely. More information here.
