Recruit London – Performance for November 2018

The Recruit London Programme is managed by Cross River Partnership and delivered in partnership with organisations including Westminster Council, The Crown Estate, Capital & Counties CG Ltd, The Heart of London Business Alliance, and Camden Council’s CamdenAbility Project.

For the month of November 2018, Recruit London as a whole achieved the following:

• 82 candidate registrations, of which 38 have been unemployed for 12 months or more;
• 27 receiving interim support; a reflection of the increased number of long term unemployed on our caseloads;
• 31 job starts; and
• 1 job sustained for six months, with more to come as we wait for evidence for sustained numbers.

On average, employers in the West End will spend upwards of £3,000 per person on recruitment; including HR recruitment time, different stages of interviews and inductions. Recruit London is a free service that will screen, train and place job ready people into employment, thus saving the employer over £3,000 on recruitment fees.
