Recruit London Candidate Case Study

Pasang, a local unemployed resident of Westminster, was referred to the Recruit London project by Marylebone Job Centre.  Pasang found it difficult being out of work but also knew that he did not want to work back in a kitchen – which was where his experience lay.  Pasang was excited to be put forward for an outdoor cleaning role with Incentive FM (with Capco) and received support from a Recruit London Workplace Coordinator in advance of his job interview.  Pasang has settled into his new role well and is really happy to be working outside as a Cleaning Operative.
