CRP’s Spotlight On: Groundwork London16th February 2021 / Posted by Rachael Aldridge
This week, we are showcasing the work of CRP partner Groundwork London, a social and environmental regeneration charity that works with individuals and communities to improve their environment and support greener living and working.
Groundwork London’s multi-disciplinary team has been delivering projects in London for over 30 years, helping to create a brighter, greener future for all Londoners. They currently deliver over 500 projects per year, equipping individuals, businesses and communities with the knowledge and tools required to make a positive difference to their local and global environment.
Groundwork London are working with CRP to deliver engaging active travel workshops tailored to all their BID communities and open to all levy paying businesses in the areas. Active travel means getting about using your own energy, whether that’s by walking, jogging, cycling or even roller-blading! The workshops are part of the Defra-funded Clean Air Villages project. These 1-hour online workshops will give you the facts and benefits of incorporating active travel into your life and how to get started. Whether you’re looking to increase your own health and wellbeing or help your staff boost their productivity and performance through a healthy lifestyle, this is definitely for you.
