CRP were honoured to have hosted the Deputy Mayor for Environment and Energy Mete Coban, this week!

CRP led a fun and informative site visit, showcasing various city greening, sustainable transport and healthy streets initiatives delivered with support from Mayor of London.

The trip kicked off with a visit to the river to see two vessels, Driftwood II and Alb-E, retrofitted as part of previous CRP projects on Clean Air Logistics for London and Clean Air Thames.

After a small detour past some CRP greening and cycling initiatives in Vauxhall, the group then headed to Henry Fawcett Primary School to see the School Streets initiative in action, including experiencing it themselves with a fun game of ping pong!

As well as highlighting these impactful initiatives, it was a fantastic opportunity to discuss our shared vision for a sustainable future.

Thanks to all those who supported to organise this exciting afternoon trip!
