CALL Vessel Retrofit Complete

As part of our Defra-funded Clean Air Logistics London project, we supported Net Zero Marine Services to retrofit their workboat, Alb-E. 

The vessel’s diesel-powered engine was replaced with an electric motor and battery, making it the first fully electric workboat in London. By going electric, Alb-E effectively eliminated its air-polluting emissions, demonstrating how the transition to cleaner vessels on the Thames is possible.
