14th January 2019 / Posted by CRP TeamMaria joined Cross River Partnership as Admin Support in November 2018. Maria has a disability and is doing a job share with Nina. She works two days a week.
Due to illness, Maria was unemployed for 7 years but kept her skills up to date through volunteering. It was difficult to find a job that could accommodate her requirements and she is excited to be working for an organisation that has an understanding of diversity in the workplace. Maria will be supporting the Recruit London Workplace Coordinators as well some aspects of the Cross River Partnership admin functions.
