Spotlight On: Cargo Bikes

May has been a month filled with amazing cargo bike related news for CRP and our partners! 

Here are some exciting updates:

• Cross River Partnership, London Borough of Merton, Love Wimbledon and XeroE were joined by very special guests The Wombles, and introduced the new cargo bike scheme to local businesses looking for a free zero-emission delivery solution. The scheme’s launch event took place at Wimbledon Piazza on 9th May. Visit www.lovewimbledon.org/greendeliveries to learn more!
• Cross River Partnership has recently procured a new cargo bike for all Lewisham Homes and London Borough of Lewisham staff members, which arrived at Wearside Service Centre on 11th May. More details to follow soon!

Cross River Partnership contributed funding towards an OurBike community cargo bike scheme for the London Borough of Camden and Camden Town Unlimited. The bike arrived earlier this month and details about the scheme will also be shared soon!
