Shake Shack Recruitment
31st January 2018 / Posted by CRP TeamCRP’s Recruit London service recently arranged a day of interviews for Shake Shack restaurant in Covent Garden. With 8 job offers being made based on interviews with 9 candidates. Shake Shack were very impressed with the standard of applicants and are holding another round of interviews, working with Recruit London again. The restaurant is within the Capco area, one of the funders of the Recruit London project.
Valbone (see photo) is one of the local unemployed residents of Westminster who was very excited to be offered a job by the restaurant. Valbone has been working with the Recruit London team since December and has found it difficult to find work that fits around childcare for her daughter. Shake Shack demonstrate their commitment to family friendly working practices by offering hours that are workable for single parents.
