April is National Stress Awareness Month. 

It’s important to learn how to manage stress to stay healthy.  

Recognize signs of stress like muscle tension and trouble sleeping. Use resources from your doctor, online, or workplace for more support. 

To get started on your own, talk to friends or try meditation and exercise to cope. Going for a walk or simply spending time in green spaces (gardens, parks, tree-lined streets, etc.) can help too.
