How FREVUE Can Help FORS Members

The Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) is a voluntary accreditation scheme that promotes best practice for commercial vehicle operators. With over 4,700 members, FORS is gaining recognition as the transport industry’s go-to accreditation scheme.

In its August newsletter and on its website, FORS published an article on FREVUE and the project’s findings. Part of the FORS Standard requirement ‘G9 Modal shift and alternative vehicles’ states that fleet operators shall assess the opportunity to use electric or alternatively-fuelled or powered vehicles within the fleet. So, the findings of the FREVUE project will help members better understand the benefits of electric vehicles and the different options available compared to diesel power.
