CRP Team Away Day

Last week, the CRP team stepped away from the usual routine to take part in a Team Away Day. This acted as an opportunity to reflect, recharge, and reimagine how we work together. 

The day was designed to spark fresh thinking and foster deeper collaboration and together we explored: 

• Innovating Communications: From storytelling to strategy, we brainstormed bold new ways to connect with our audiences.
• Reviewing Ways of Working: Honest conversations helped us identify what’s working, and what could work better!
• Reflecting on Individual Skills and Qualities: Each person brings something unique and together, we’re stronger, more innovative, and ready to take on new challenges.
• Embracing AI: We explored how emerging tools impact in our day-to-day roles. 

And to round things off, we got creative with a fun wellbeing activity: painting plant pots inspired by what we love about our local green spaces.  

A brilliant day spent connecting, collaborating, and reflecting!
