Crown Estate Case Study

Capital Maintenance Ltd is a building maintenance and fabric services company based in the borough of Westminster that has been collaborating with the ReStart Project since December 2018. With the support of the ReStart Project, they have recruited six Westminster residents, many of who have faced challenging housing issues, including rough sleeping.  Capital Maintenance Ltd have been a supportive employer and progressed two of the ReStart recruits into apprenticeships.
