MLEN – Update

CRP has been pleased to programme manage the Marylebone Low Emission Neighbourhood (LEN) on behalf of  Westminster City Council and partners since August 2017, following their successful bid to the Mayor of London’s Mayor’s Air Quality Fund in 2016.

Coming to a close in March 2019, the LEN has delivered urban realm improvements, building efficiency audits, anti-idling driver engagement, an emissions-based parking surcharge, a multi-year schools engagement programme, and deliveries and servicing improvements with businesses, as well as smaller complementary behaviour change and community engagement initiatives. The Marylebone LEN successfully brought together partners from the local community as well as the private sector to harness the strength of partnership working.
