A street party and play street was held on Car Free Day 2019 outside Morden Tube Station in Merton. The event included attractions such as a “pedal and make your own” Smoothie Bike, a bouncy castle, music and a Dr Bike team that provided free cycle maintenance checks, repairs and advice. The event enabled residents and visitors to use the street without motor vehicles and allowed children to freely play without concerns over safety.
